Chocolate Banana Bread Muffins

 We updated banana bread by adding baking cocoa to Betty Crocker Banana Nut Premium muffin and quick bread mix. Bake in muffin cups and you have individual-size chocolaty banana bread—no need to share!



Ingredients

  • 1
    box (15.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ banana nut Premium muffin & quick bread mix
  • 3/4
    cup milk
  • 1/4
    cup vegetable oil
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1
    tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa

Steps


Heat oven to 425°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.

In medium bowl, stir all ingredients until blended. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and tops spring back when lightly touched. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Serve warm.
